Just playing with a new set of Form-Exploration tools I've created in MODO.
Basically, it's assisted-rigging of live-deformer driven geometric primitives. The tools allow quick, mutable, non-destructive creation and refinement of a particular class of forms.
That's the creative sweet-spot I've long desired and pursued in 3D modeling — essential to the way my mind works. For me it's all about finding (as opposed to planning/constructing) forms — I have to wander around in my head in order to discover what works.
